Returns
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. If your item isn’t sealed, it must be in its original, unused condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items.
Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-returnable.
